Saeko Takagi (b.1980)
The New York-based artist Saeko Takagi was born in 1980 in Kyoto, where she graduated from Kyoto City University of Arts in 2002. She developed her own distinctive style, one that stems from two cultures. It’s a delightful blend of Western contemporary art and Japanese calligraphy and formal language.
